Theresa Donegan
Executive Director, Quality Assurance
Theresa has over 25 years of experience in Quality in pharmaceutical, biotech and contract research organizations including Shire, Vertex, Charles River and GlaxoSmithKline. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing quality systems across GMP, GCP, GLP, GTP regulations. Her focus for the last several years has been in establishing and growing the quality organizations for companies providing novel therapeutics for oncology clinical trials as the Senior Director Quality Assurance for Rubius Therapeutics and Head of Quality at Merrimack.
She earned her master’s degree in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple University and Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Sciences in Philadelphia. Her commitment to quality is demonstrated by her long-standing membership in the Society of Quality Assurance, serving as a frequent regulatory trainer, distinguished speaker and as a previous member of the SQA Board of Directors.
